In order to monitor environmental impacts on the fragile setting surrounding the Kish No.3 offshore delineation well drilling location, in pre- and post- reservoir entry phases, KEP Kish was assigned to observe any significant changes in the environment. The project has been implemented in four phases: 1 – preliminary stage to determine crucial points for sampling, 2- initial sampling during drilling operations, 3- final sampling after completion of drilling, and 4 – examination of samples in the laboratory, conclusion and preparation of the final report.
