Developing drilling programs considering all associated risks and mitigation plans in case of predictable incidents, through interaction with geological and geophysical, engineering, drilling and completion departments, is one of the most notable capabilities of KEP Kish. Through this procedure, materials and equipment required along with all the necessary services are specified and defined in line with the required budget. Also, preparation of tender documents related to drilling operations and services, supply of materials, equipment, and consumables, management of drilling operations and supervision of engineering practices associated with wellbore design, drilling program definition and implementation are noteworthy. Finally, evaluation results of the quality of provided services, performance evaluation in respect to pre – determined program and budget, along with lessons learned, are presented to stakeholders.
